ec98dc1b6a port search provider to Gio.Application and Gio provided DBus bindings 
This lets Gio manage the main loop, and thus we can make
use of its features such as inactivity-timeout, while
simultaneously removing the dependency on the additional
DBus bindings.

libretrans: Port to use libsoup 
- Now integrates better with GNOME.
- Probably fixes #192 .
- Yes, we're not very sure.
- Also fix suggestions error handling.
- Remove explicit dependency on httpx.

libretrans: Drop support for v1.1 and below 
Only LibreTranslate 1.2 and above supports 'detect'
But all known public instances of LibreTranslate are already on 1.2
So, we're dropping support for 1.1 and below.

This also allows us to drop the 'langdetect' dependency and
remove a dirty double try-except.
